DRCF Ukrainian-Polish Centre for Management, Entrepreneurship and Investment Development was opened on June 4, 2001, with the participation of Leonid Kuchma, the President of Ukraine, and Aleksander Kwasniewski, the President of the Republic of Poland.

The mission of the Ukrainian-Polish Centre is to promote the development and strengthening of bilateral Ukrainian-Polish relations in the business, educational, informational, cultural, research, and social fields.
Through its initiatives, the Ukrainian-Polish Centre promotes the development of international educational cooperation between universities in Ukraine and Poland.
The Charitable Foundation directs its activities to support humanitarian and social development in Ukraine.
